*China Taiping Premier Club Privileges, to the extent they are provided by external parties, are subject to your eligibility and agreement to any additional terms and conditions. Whilst our partners are carefully curated and selected, we make no representations or warranties on these external services, and we shall have no liability arising from your use of these external services.
** • Applications for Taiping Joyful Retirement Program must be dated no later than 31 December 2026 and received by China Taiping Insurance (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. ("CTPIS") from 1 December 2024 to 31 December 2026 (inclusive of both dates). • The application and issuance of the policy must be within program period. • The total premium for the first year is based on the original annual premium of the policy, excluding any premium discounts or rebates. • The exchange rate used is based on USD 1 = SGD 1.35. • Clients who wish to redeem their residence at the retirement community will need to apply through CTPIS. • Residence at the retirement community is currently only eligible for the citizens of the People's Republic of China. • The pricing for the residence at the retirement community may vary.• This program cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions carried out by CTPIS, unless otherwise permitted by CTPIS in its sole and absolute discretion. • CTPIS's decision on all matters relating to the program shall be final and binding. CTPIS reserves the sole and absolute right to vary the terms and conditions or withdraw or replace the program at any time with other items without prior notice. • CTPIS shall not be responsible and disclaims all liability in any way whatsoever whether under contract, tort or equity with regards to your participation in this program. Further Terms & Conditions with the relevant Taiping Group entity will apply based on the selected retirement community.
