Procedure
- You are hospitalised for more than 6 hours and/or have a day surgery performed
- You have paid for the medical bill(s) incurred
- Please submit the required claim documents to your agent, broker or directly to CTPIS at claimsdept@sg.cntaiping.com within 30 days from the date of event
- CTPIS will assess the claim
- Payment shall be made to you via Giro, PayNow or Cheque
