Job Responsibility:
- Develop product and strategize product offering to enable CTPIS to compete effectively and efficiently in the market.
- Maintenance product information and ensure compliance with regulatory framework
- Produce weekly/monthly market update reports and sales tracking
- Work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies.
- Prepare product related documents and ensure all materials and information are ready for launch.
- Develop and maintain a competitor product analysis and reference warehouse
- Any other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years in the product development and life insurance industry
- Good knowledge of life, universal life or investment-linked products
- Good analytical skills
- Good Project Management skills and People skills.
- Good understanding of the compliance requirement and changes in regulation that may affect the life insurance industry
- Proactive, responsible, organized, highly driven with great initiative individuals and able to work independently.
- Creative with good business acumen.
