Job Description:
- Plan, place, negotiate & administrate outward GI reinsurance treaty programme for the Company.
- Compile treaty statistics and conduct business analysis.
- Handle treaty technical statement of accounts.
- Handle treaty Cash Call/XOL claims recoveries.
- Handle inward treaty run-off administration.
- Handle reinsurance reporting.
- Coordinate with IT for system enhancement.
- Monitor reinsurance activities and report on any irregularities.
- Conduct reinsurance market research and analysis.
- Liaise with internal/external parties on reinsurance queries.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with minimum 2 to 3 years work experience in insurance/reinsurance related fields.
- Analytical, meticulous and numerate.
- Possess relevant insurance/reinsurance qualification will be an added advantage.
- Possess good interpersonal and communications skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
