China Taiping Singapore held the first live event for its employees - 2023 Annual Business Strategy Meeting, after three long years.
Mr. Zhang Zhongyi, Chief Executive, provided an insightful business report, from 2022 performance and challenges to 2023 business directions and goals in achieving a sustainable high-quality growth for the company. He encouraged all to work as ONE in unleashing business potentials, as well as highlighted the importance of customer centricity, innovation for better customer experience, and optimizing our one-stop financial services for customers as a composite insurer. Mr. Zhang urged everyone to work together in improving efficiency and effectiveness, be proactive and persistent.
Mr Zhang Di, Deputy General Manager, provided a summary report of China Taiping Group’s Annual Business Meeting which was held in China in January this year. Ms Lynn Lee, Deputy General Manager, hosted the meeting and concluded with the key takeaways for employees.
