Common Documents to be submitted for Travel Claims:
  1. Original Claim Form
  2. Copy of Passport showing duration of trip
  3. Copy of air-ticket and boarding pass
  4. Copy of Itinerary (if any)
Depending on which item you are claiming, please submit the supporting documents within 30 days upon the date of your return together with the above mentioned common documents.
