Procedures
- If you are aware of any circumstance likely to give rise to a claim, please contact our Claims Department. Depending on the situation, a loss adjuster may be appointed to inspect and assess the loss.
- Do not admit liability or settle any claim or incur any costs or expenses without written consent of the Company
Documents Required
1. Submit to us immediately upon receipt of all correspondence from any party(s) indicating their intention to claim and/or the Writ of Summons for our handling.
