Job Responsibility: 

• Develop product and strategize product offering to enable CTPIS to compete effectively and efficiently in the market.
• Maintenance product information and ensure compliance with regulatory framework
• Produce weekly/monthly market update reports and sales tracking
• Work closely with key stakeholders to develop strategies.
• Prepare product related documents and ensure all materials and information are ready for launch.
• Develop and maintain a competitor product analysis and reference warehouse
• Any other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years in the product development and life insurance industry
• Good knowledge of life, universal life or investment-linked products
• Good analytical skills
• Good Project Management skills and People skills.
• Good understanding of the compliance requirement and changes in regulation that may affect the life insurance industry
• Proactive, responsible, organized, highly driven with great initiative individuals and able to work independently.
• Creative with good business acumen.
